🏅 Creator badges: see your progress new

Upload regularly and earn a Contributor or Top Contributor badge: no ads anywhere on the site, your own Creator Dashboard, and a badge next to your name. Uploaders now see their progress on their profile and on the badges page, with the next step to get there. See your progress →

▶️ Smarter recommendations new

Video pages now suggest what to watch next based on what other viewers actually watched together, mixed with what you watched recently. Look for Up Next under the video and Recommended for You further down. Fresh uploads get a spot too, so new videos are easier to discover.

In Messages, your messages now show ✓ when sent and ✓✓ once they have been seen, with the time under your latest one. Your inbox also shows which conversations have been read.

😂 React to messages with emojis new

Hover over a message (or press and hold it on your phone) and pick 👍 ❤️ 😂 😮 😢 🔥. Tap your reaction again to remove it. The other person sees it in the chat and the Messages icon lights up for them.

🎬 Content tab for creators new

Contributors can now open any of their uploads in the Dashboard and see its own stats: views per day for the last 90 days, where viewers came from, devices, likes and comments, and how it ranks against your other videos. Contributor and Top Contributor badge holders now get VidShare without ads automatically, as a thank-you for uploading.

Faster pages improved

Thumbnails now load as you scroll, so pages open noticeably quicker, especially on phones.
